programme to engage local tourism businesses to create quality
standards and support World Heritage conservation.

Presentation and discussion on UNESCO WHC and National
Geographic’s support to help World Heritage sites conduct stakeholder
outreach and engagement to 1) develop/strengthen destination
partnerships, 2) gather content for the Journeys platform and 3) develop
the destination management and marketing plans for the Journeys
initiative.
